Gluten-Free Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Bar

Gluten-free goodness! This strawberry-rhubarb pie bar is made with gluten-free flour and fresh rhubarb from my parents' garden. My recipe is based on Smitten Kitchen's blueberry crumb bars.
