I love to bake!  Below are links to all of the recipes I have posted on this blog... most of them are sweet baked goods because I bake what I love to eat!  I usually bake gluten, soy and nut free at home.  I eat gluten and soy free due to intolerances and my husband, Kenneth, is allergic to tree nuts.  I was a vegetarian for about five years during high school and through college, before discovering my wheat and soy intolerance.  During that time I did a lot of vegan baking, which I occasionally delve into now.  I love the challenge of taking an old favorite recipe (like my mom's pumpkin cookies) and making them gluten-free.  Baking is an experiment and a learning process - sometimes the experiments turn out to be delicious (in which case they'll probably end up here!), sometimes they turn out to be disastrous!

If you try a recipe, please let me know how it turned out in the comments section on the blog post for that recipe!  I'd love to hear from you!
